Great Lakes Flocking modern facility is equipped with high-speed printing presses and the latest high-tech flocking equipment. Using an electrostatic process to orient the fibers Great Lakes Flocking is able to achieve the maximum feel and appearance on your product. In addition to our automated equipment, Great Lakes Flocking has several semi-automatic presses used for lower volume jobs.

At Great Lakes Flocking, we also offer a prototype operation that allows us to create a single sample of our product, if necessary.  There is no job too big or too small for us at Great Lakes Flocking.

In addition to our printing and flocking services, Great Lakes Flocking offers other complementary capabilities including die cutting, collating, assembly and folding.
